Anti-Corruption Order No. 1/476- П was issued in State Corporation Rosatom on 22 May 2014, requiring all corporation employees to disclose any receipt of a valuable gift from business partners due to their employment status or in relation to the performance of their duties. Along with other members of the nuclear industry, ATOMPROEKT adopted the order as subject to compulsory execution. As we approach the holidays, we therefore hasten to inform our contractors that "gift" does not include office stationery which is provided at virtually all conferences and other official events, and also during business trips. Similarly you do not have to report flowers as well as valuables presented as recognition (award).

If an ATOMPROEKT employee has received a gift under 3,000 roubles, the employee can keep it. The market price of the gift shall however be supported with documentary evidence. If no such evidence can be provided, the gift shall be appraised by experts. If the price of the gift is over 3,000 roubles, it will have to be placed in the custody to the Company's Administrative & Maintenance Department. The employee of ATOMPROEKT will still be able to buy it out by making an appropriate application to the head of the unit within two months of such placement. Otherwise the gift may be offered for a public sale. A gift that has not been bought out or sold may be handed over to a charity organization or destroyed. Any money received from the buyout of a gift will be assigned to the Company's budget.
